Celebrate New Year's Eve and New Year's Day in Downtown Macon

There will be celebrations in downtown Macon from 2 p.m. on Friday, December 31st, 2021 until 11 p.m. on Saturday, January 1st, 2022.

  • Parish on Cherry St will have the band MoJo performing starting at 7 p.m.

  • Macon's Dueling Piano Bar will be open 8:00 p.m. and there will be 4 piano players. Guests can reserve a table, which includes party favors, singing, and a bottle of champagne.
  • The Allman Family Revival will be having a New Year's Eve celebration at the Macon City Auditorium starting at 9 p.m. The bands performing at this event are The Allman Betts Band, Samantha Fish, Cody Dickinson, Luther Dickinson, Robert Randolph and Jimmy Hall with special guests The River Kittens, according to New Town Macon.

  • Grant's Lounge will have JB Strauss performing starting at 10 p.m.

  • JBA will have a live musical performance from Reese Soul beginning at 10 p.m.

    • The Hummingbird Stage & Taproom will be popping complimentary bottles of the bubbly at midnight and the funky psychedelic BAS will start performing starting at 10 p.m.

    • Reboot Retrocade & Bar will have an event where you come dressed as Loki, the mischievous Norse/Marvel god, for a costume contest. Miss Minutes will be host the countdown and there will $1 champagne served at the stroke midnight.
    • The Crazy Bull will be offering free bull rides and a free breakfast buffet. There is a $10 cover charge.
    • Late Nite is going to be playing the UGA game on a big HD screen and celebrating the New Year.
    • Douglass Theater will host The MET Opera Live's presents "CINDERELLA". This hour and half long film stars soprano Isabel Leonard as the fairytale princess. The showing starts at 12:55 p.m.

    On Saturday, January 1st, 2022, The Hummingbird Stage & Taproom will continue celebrating the coming of a new year.

    • The Hummingbird Stage & Taproom will have The Big Hangover with DJ 3.NIGMA starting at 10 p.m.
