This art show will be the first the Ocmulgee Artist Guild has been able to have in two years.

The artists who are taking part in this show have wide ranging artistic abilities. The Ocmulgee Artist Guild usually has very reasonably prices and unique works.

This event is open to the public. Drinks will be available for adults over 21.

The following is how the Ocmulgee Artist Guild described their show on Facebook:

[T]his mid-month fine art exhibit and art party will celebrate the turning of the season by exploring notions associated with the ides; depictions of rebirth and trust, truth and betrayal. An late winter-time event, designed by and featuring the art and artists of the Ocmulgee Artist Guild, March 18ths exhibition will launch the one-night only unveiling of original artwork from over a dozen talented guild artists alongside additional works by multiple talented guest artists.

Though based around the theme of the Ides and the turning of the season, a vast array of fine artwork will be available for purchase. Our artists are highly capable of producing provocative, unique pieces and our guild prides itself on offering tiered and competitive prices to all our patrons. All of our art for this show will be local, affordable and unique.

Proceeds through art sales and donations will go to the Ocmulgee Artist Guild; our artists, staff, and volunteers. Funds raised will be used to further our pursuit to engage downtown Macon with stimulating artistic pop-up installations and exhibits.

The 3rd Annual Red Tie Affair promises to deliver an unparalleled artistic experience like no other and we are excited to immerse you our community of artists after such a long and tumultuous couple of years. We can not wait to see you in your most Red Tie attire at our long anticipated exhibit.
