Harvest & Herbs is a small, hands-on seasonal garden and floral workshop at Sassy Sprigs Garden Studio in downtown Byron. Guests work with real plants, flowers and garden materials while learning the technique behind the project and creating something to take home. Sassy Sprigs workshops are designed for people who enjoy growing, making and learning in a relaxed, small-group setting. $60 per person. Tickets must be purchased one week in advance.
