Start 2025 with a spark of creativity and community! Storytellers Macon invites Middle Georgia residents to a day of workshops designed to inspire and connect through the art of storytelling. Whether you're a budding storyteller or an experienced mentor, there's something for everyone.

Workshop Schedule:

Step Into Storytelling ⏰ 2:00–4:00 PM

Discover the fundamentals of storytelling in this interactive session, open to ages 16–99. With guided exercises and group activities, participants will gain the tools and confidence to share their unique stories. This event is for storytellers at least 16 years old.

Listening for Mentors ⏰ 4:30–6:00 PM

Geared toward seasoned storytellers, this workshop explores the art of listening and mentoring. Please note, participants in Listening for Mentors must have performed on stage at least four times and attended at least one Storytellers Macon workshop.

By completing this session, you’ll be prepared to guide others on their storytelling journeys as a mentor.
