Barnesville will celebrate its history of being the "Buggy Capital of the South" during the late 1800s during the 51st Annual Buggy Day on Saturday, September 20th, and Sunday, September 21st.
Many artists and crafters will be selling unique, handmade items on Barnesville's Main Street, and antique buggies will be on display for visitors to admire.
Additionally, as has happened at past Buggy Days Festivals, local civil groups will likely be serving tasty food, there will likely be a parade with "buggies, floats, horses," and there will likely be a street dance during the annual event.
This post will be updated as more information is released regarding this year's celebration.
