Experience an intimate evening at stARTup Studios where Chef David Bartlett and a Lead Glassblower, Bryan Beck come together for a one-of-a-kind culinary performance. This immersive dinner pairs a curated multi-course menu with live glassblowing, highlighting the energy and artistry of molten glass throughout the experience. Each course is thoughtfully complemented by select imported Taiwanese beers, creating a refined balance of flavor, fire, and craft in a truly unforgettable setting.

Every plate also comes with a complimentary item made in the Glassblowing studio at stARTup Studios

The Menu

~ First Bite ~

Paired with Taiwanese Grapefruit Beer

Glass-Broiled Ahi Tuna Wonton Taco

avocado crema, Sriracha aioli, lemon oil, shoyu, sesame, lime, furikake, and togarashi

~ First Course ~

Asparagus veloute marbled with vidalia onion cream

Green Hill grilled cheese finished beneath hand-blown hot glass, trout roe, crème fraîche, and Espelette pepper

Paired with Taiwanese Beer Gold Medal Lager

Molten-Glass Seared Beef Tenderloin

Boursin pommes purée, black garlic jus, glass-broiled king trumpet mushrooms, Dijon creamed spinach, and furnace-charred baby carrots

~ Dessert ~

Paired with Taiwanese Beer Guava & Rose Apple Beer

Glass fired Georgia Peach Bread Pudding

Bourbon vanilla bean ice cream, brûléed turbinado sugar crust, brown butter pecan streusel, and smoked wildflower honey
