The Warner Robins Demons beat the Northside Eagles, their rivals from across town, 34 to 12 in their 67th game against each other on Friday, August 30th.
Middle Georgia Times's correspondent Diamond Chambers was at the exciting game to capture photographs of the players as they gave their all on the field.
One huge play was after Northside's blunder when a fumbled ball left Warner Robins with the ball back with less than a minute left to play.
The field goal kick was then blocked by Northside's defensive linemen and Eagles's #3 Bristol Blasingame grabbed the ball and flew down the field, bringing the game to 14 to 10 Demons with a 71-yard touchdown at the end of the first half of the game.

Chambers described the game as very emotional and said that the energy in the stadium was intense.
She was most impressed by Northside's Briston Blasingame, saying she believes that he has a bright future ahead of him with how he kept his head in the game no matter what the score was.
Later in the game, Eagles's quarterback Jayden Wright threw a 46-yard pass to Blasingame but the Eagles weren't able to get a touchdown in time.
The Demons ultimately won against the Northside Eagles and now lead 42 to 25 in their long-standing rivalry.
It was a tough game for Northside but both teams should be proud of having played exceptionally well. Their passion for the game showed through on the field and electrified the excited crowd.
The Warner Robins Demons face off against Houston County Bears (3-0) next Friday, September 6th, while the Northside Eagles return to the field against the Burke County Bears (2-1) on Friday, September 13th at 7:30 p.m.
