Many cosplayers could be found at Hello Boba Cafe and the 4th annual Cherry Blossom Isekai Gaming Festival at the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame during the first weekend of the 2025 International Cherry Blossom Festival.

Dakota Lang created a unique cosplay outfit and character (Artificer Alchemist) for this year's festival as well as helped with the painting on Hello Boba Cafe as part of the efforts of Paint Macon Pink (Photographer Nate Weeks)

Dogs are a big part of the Cherry Blossom Festival each year as well, with many families taking their furry friends out to enjoy the festivities in Downtown Macon. The Ultimate Air Dogs competition also gave some dogs a chance to show off how far they can dive into a large pool.

The Cherry Blossom Parade takes place the first weekend of the International Cherry Blossom Festival and includes creative floats, appearances by local dignitaries, and lots of unique vehicles driving through Downtown Macon.

There are so many more things to see and do during each year's International Cherry Blossom Festival that are not represented by the pictures included above including rides and nightly concerts at Carolyn Crayton Park and the popular Weiner Dog Race.

Visitors to Macon have until the Sunday, March 30th, to experience all the 2025 International Cherry Blossom Festival has to offer before having to wait one full year for the return of the much beloved annual event in 2026.
