Middle Georgians can expect a week of warm, humid days with a mix of sunshine, clouds, and daily chances for showers and thunderstorms, if the National Weather Service's forecast is accurate. While early in the week will bring cooler daytime highs in the low 80s with more widespread rain, temperatures will rise toward the weekend, reaching near 90 degrees. Most storm activity is expected during the afternoon and evening hours, with quieter, partly cloudy nights in between.
