Middle Georgia should enjoy mostly sunny skies and steadily rising temperatures through midweek, with highs reaching the low 90s by Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service's weather forecast. However, conditions are expected to change by Thursday, when scattered showers and thunderstorms become more likely that could linger into Friday. The weekend looks calmer, with a return to sunnier skies and cooler overnight lows.
