Music lovers have a lot to be happy about this week, with multiple festivals taking place in Middle Georgia that will feature numerous chances to enjoy live music and dance. Music fan Jim Webb has once again compiled the following comprehensive list of live music taking place this week in the heart of Georgia. Finally, a quote about music's power from musician D'Angelo, following reports of his recent passing: "I learned at an early age that what we were doing in the choir was just as important as the preacher. It was a ministry in itself. We could stir the pot, you know?"
