Three Friends Open First Self-Pour Tap Wall and Authentic Wood-fired Pizza Concept in Middle Georgia on October 16th

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. – Smokin’ Oak Wood-Fired Pizza & Taproom is opening its newest location in Warner Robins, GA. Three longtime friends, Darshil Patel, Jigar Patel, and Divyansh Prajapati, are teaming up to bring the new restaurant and self-pour taproom to 1012 GA Hwy. 96, Suite 700, Warner Robins, GA 31088. The new restaurant in the rapidly growing Warner Robins community will be the perfect spot to have a meal and drinks with family and friends and will be opening on October 16th.

This group of first and second-generation immigrants has spent the last decade building successful retail and service businesses across Georgia. Now, they’re channeling that entrepreneurial energy into the restaurant industry. Jigar Patel and Divyansh Prajapati first went into business together in 2018, now co-owning two gas stations and several merchandise retail shops. Darshil Patel, who previously operated Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' locations, will bring his operating knowledge to the business. Together, the team is excited to combine their experience and make a place the Warner Robins community can embrace.

Smokin’ Oak Wood-Fired Pizza & Taproom features a full menu of wood-fired pizzas, salads, starters, and desserts. The oven, fueled by oak wood, cooks pizzas in about two minutes. The brand delivers a unique experience with its open-plan kitchen, allowing guests to watch their pizzas being made right in front of them. The dough and sauces are made in-house, veggies are cut fresh throughout the day, and even the meats are roasted in the wood-fired oven to infuse real oak wood flavor.

The Warner Robins location will bring the first self-pour tap wall to Middle Georgia and will offer craft and domestic beer, wine, cider, and mixed cocktails. There will be 30 unique taps for guests to choose from. To use the tap wall, a guest will start a tab, be provided with an RFID-enabled bracelet, and then be free to explore the tap wall. A tap wall attendant will be available to answer any questions on how to use the tap wall and to provide recommendations.
