PRESS RELEASE: Eggs Up Grill Now Open in Bonaire, Bringing New Breakfast and Lunch Destination to a Growing Community

Veteran and entrepreneur Celia St. Louis introduces a community-focused cafe offering a welcoming space for daily dining

BONAIRE, GA. (August 18, 2026)Eggs Up Grill, the fastest-growing and largest daytime restaurant franchise in the country, is now open in Bonaire, Georgia. The new location brings a fresh daytime dining option to the growing community, offering a welcoming space for residents to gather over breakfast, brunch and lunch.

The restaurant is owned and operated by franchisee Celia St. Louis, a retired military veteran and current logistics manager contractor for Robins Air Force Base. She also owns a real estate business and plans to continue both roles while building her Eggs Up Grill location.

“Celia’s commitment to service and community aligns perfectly with what Eggs Up Grill stands for,” said Ricky Richardson, CEO of Eggs Up Grill. “Her leadership experience and passion for people will make this location a great addition to Bonaire.”

St. Louis was inspired to pursue the brand after purchasing commercial land in a nearby town and considering concepts that would resonate with the community. While researching options, she discovered Eggs Up Grill and was drawn to its approachable daytime model and strong community focus. She saw an opportunity to introduce a concept that offers more than just a meal by creating a space where guests feel welcomed and connected.

Her decision was further influenced by experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic, when she became more aware of how many elderly individuals depend on restaurants for daily meals. That realization reinforced her desire to open a restaurant that serves as a reliable and caring presence in the community.

“Opening this restaurant is about creating a place where people feel taken care of and connected,” said St. Louis. “I want it to be somewhere the community can count on every day.”

St. Louis brings more than 21 years of military experience, having retired in 2012 after a career that included roles in inventory management, aircraft parts supply and command-level policy development. Her background helped shape a leadership approach centered on structure, consistency and respect for others. She emphasizes the importance of treating people with kindness and understanding, values she plans to carry into her restaurant operations.

Outside of her professional life, St. Louis enjoys traveling, reading mystery novels and spending time with family and friends. She has two children, Kendrick, a news producer in Atlanta, and Zxaria, a college student, who have both expressed interest in potentially being involved in the business in the future.

The Bonaire restaurant is open daily from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering dine-in, online ordering and catering. Guests can enjoy a variety of menu items including omelets, breakfast sandwiches, bowls and burgers, all served in a friendly and inviting environment.
