The Macon-Middle Georgia Black Pages Resource Guide will hold its 35th anniversary celebration on Tuesday, August 18th, 2026, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Downtown Macon's Tubman Museum.

Al Tillman will host this celebratory event, and AJ the DJ will provide the music.

Special celebrity guest Norman Nixon, who played basketball with the Los Angeles Lakes and San Diego/Lost Angeles Clippers, will make an appearance and speakers include Keith Moffett (CAO of City of Macon), LaRhonda Patrick (Mayor of Warner Robins), Jessica Walden (President of Macon Chamber of Commerce), Mary Parham-Copeland (Mayor of Milledgeville), Anissa Jones (Georgia State Representative), Billy Pitts (CEO Mutual Financial), Gary Wheat (President of Visit Macon), and Charise Stephen-Merriweather (President CGCBB).

This event is free and open to the public.
