Friday and Saturday high temperatures reach the low 60s, a prime time to get outdoors and enjoy the winter sun. The Wolf Moon, the first supermoon of the year, will be rising Saturday, with a chance to see a few meteors that night as well. SATURDAY, January 3rd - SUNDAY, January 4th
Full Moon (Wolf Moon) and Quadrantids' Meteor Shower Peaks: A full moon known as the Wolf Moon will rise on Saturday and will also be the first supermoon of the year. This Saturday and Sunday, the Quadrantids' meteor shower (the first major one of the year) will peak, with up to 80 meteors per hour (and unforunately only around 10% visible due to the moon's shine).
