High temperatures should stay in the 70s with chances of rain on Saturday and Sunday, if the National Weather Service forecast is accurate. Skywatchers can see the Hunter's Moon rise on Monday night if weather conditions allow. The following is the day-by-day weather forecast for this week in the heart of Georgia.

Mostly clear, with a high temperature near 74. Northeast wind around 5 to 10 mph, with some gusts as high as 15 mph.

Mostly clear, with a low temperature near 75.
FOR SKYWATCHERS: The Hunter's Moon, the first Full Moon after Harvest Moon, will rise into the sky on Monday night. October's Full Moon is also called the Drying Rice Moon, the Blood Moon, and the Sanguine Moon, according to timeanddate.com.
