The next Macon-Bibb County Planning & Zoning Commissioners meeting is Monday, June 10, 2024

The Macon-Bibb County Planning & Zoning (MBPZ) Commissioners will meeting  Monday, June 10, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. in the MBPZ Conference Room, located in the Macon Mall at 3661 Eisenhower Parkway, Suite MB104. 

There will be an administrative pre-hearing meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the same location and oth meetings are open to the public

You will need to sign in at the kiosk by the conference room's door if you would like to offer testimony on an agenda item being reviewed and the deadline to sign in is 1:30 p.m. before the Zoning Hearing. 

MBPZ asks that you familiarize yourself with their Hearing Procedures & Protocols if you plan on participating in the Zoning Hearing.

The consent agenda for the hearing on June 10th will be as follows:


1. Parcel Number L084-0165 | 4551 Billy Williamson Dr | Conditional Use | to allow a barber school | C-2 District | Ajanae Smith, applicant

2. Parcel Number Q074-0253 | 1120 Georgia Ave | Certificate of Appropriateness | for exterior modifications to the front porch | HR-3 District | Jeremy Rosier, applicant

3. Parcel Number N063-0271 | 4090 Napier Ave | Rezoning and Conditional Use| from R-2 to R-3 to allow a 120-unit multifamily development | R-2 District | Rowland Engineering, applicant
