PRESS RELEASE: Inaugural Middle Georgia Oddities Market on April 11, 2026 at the Reverb Room

Warner Robins, GA — January 21, 2026 — Middle Georgia is about to get a little weirder. The first-ever Middle Georgia Oddities Market will take place on April 11, 2026, bringing together over 20 of Georgia’s most unique and unconventional artists for a one-day celebration of oddities, curiosities, and one-of-a-kind art.

Hosted by Post Mortem Crafts, the Middle Georgia Oddities Market will feature a curated selection of vendors offering oddities, curiosities, taxidermy, preserved specimens, handmade art, jewelry, and other unusual creations not typically found at traditional craft fairs. In addition to showcasing local artists, the event will benefit local animal rescue organizations, including Furever After Rescue and Paws in Middle Georgia. Proceeds and donations collected during the market will help support animals in need throughout the Middle Georgia area.

Admission to the market is a $3 donation, or attendees may choose to donate pet food or toys in place of cash. All donations will go directly to the participating animal rescue organizations.

“This market is about celebrating creativity that’s a little outside the norm while also giving back to the community,” said event organizer Kristie Whisler of Post Mortem Crafts. “We’re excited to bring something truly unique to Middle Georgia and create a space where art, curiosity, and compassion come together.”

The Middle Georgia Oddities Market is open to the public and welcomes art lovers, collectors, and anyone curious to experience something different while supporting local artists and animal rescues.
