The Redding Estate and the Otis Redding Foundation present a two-day festival that includes "An Evening of Respect" and "The Big "O" Homecoming Show" on Friday, September 9th and Saturday, September 10th, 2022.

"An Evening of Respect" will be held at The Grand Opera House on Friday, September 9th at 7 p.m. in honor of Otis Redding's birthday. RESPECT Honorees will also be celebrated during this special event.

The performing musicians for "An Evening of Respect" will be: Robert Glasper, Mickey Guyton, and Zach Wilson

The Big “O” Homecoming Show will be held at the Hargray Capitol Theatre on Saturday, September 10th at 7 p.m.

The performing musicians for The Big "O" Homecoming Show will be: The War and Treaty, Monophonics, Kendra Morris, DKOMX, Aläz, and Reese Soul 

Both of these events will help raise funds for the new Otis Redding Center of the Arts which is scheduled to open in 2023.
