Macon Mental Health Matters presents another Mental Health Pop-Up Gym on Saturday, February 11th from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
This rain or shine event will include yoga at 10 a.m., followed by a drum circle at 11 a.m., and a meditation at 11:30 a.m.
Valentine's cards will be accepted and decorated to send out to middle school students to help raise awareness about Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month in February.
A therapist will also be on hand to talk with attendees and there will be fruits and vegetables from The Melanated Community Stimulation Project Inc.
People and Pets Project will offer wellness exams and vaccines both for humans and their furry pets.
BeU=P.I.E. will also be on hand (this organization is a non-profit that caters to encouraging and teaching young people between 10 and 21 years of age).
Macon Mental Health Matters presents free pop-up gyms throughout the year on every second Saturday of the month at various locations throughout Macon-Bibb County.
