Some of the topics to be discussed at the What Does Community Mean to You? Town Hall Meeting on August 30th include Macon-Bibb County's moving of the Mead Road waste transfer facility next to a neighborhood's park and homicides in Macon, which the chief coroner recently noted has decreased this year compared to last year.
