FRIDAY, AUGUST 11
DOWNTOWN DISCO IN DOWNTOWN PERRY (7 - 10 P.M.)
Perry’s Downtown Disco on Friday night will include live music, lots of glow-in-the-dark items, food trucks, and a free Silent Disco with black lights and a photo booth inside the Perry Event Center. This family-friendly event does not allow outside food and drinks and there are no pets permitted inside the Perry Events Center.
APOSTLES OF FUNK AT TAYLOR’S COVE IN MILLEDGEVILLE (7:30 - 11 P.M.)
The Apostles of Funk will perform pop, country, beach, soul, funk, and classic rock hits from the 60s and 70s at Taylor’s Cove on Lake Sinclair. Rumor has it dancing will also be involved.
TROUBLE NO MORE BACK WHERE IT ALL BEGAN AT THE CAPITOL THEATRE (8 P.M.)
Trouble No More is an 8-piece jam band who perform some of the unforgettable tunes from The Allman Brothers Band. The band will perform both Friday and Saturday nights and there will also be a “preshow happy hour” with Alan Paul, author of the new book about ABB titled “Brothers and Sisters”, that will also feature Kirk West and John Lynskey. After Trouble No More’s performance, the skilled blues musician Robert Lee Coleman will perform at Grant’s Lounge (tickets cost $12). Tickets to the Trouble No More concert start at $26.
FREE LANCE RUCKUS AT CASHMAN’S PUB (8 P.M.)
Free Lance Ruckus, a local alternative Americana band, will perform at Downtown Macon’s Cashman’s Pub this Friday night. Cashman’s Pub does not have a cover charge but they do serve some delicious food and cold drinks.
NORDISTA FREEZE AND THE CRUMBSNATCHERS AT THE SOCIETY GARDEN (8:30 - 11:30 P.M.)
Nordista Freeze is a hard to define “psych-pop artist” from Nashville and he will be performing at The Society Garden on Friday night along with The Crumbsnatchers. Nordista Freeze is a singer and tambourine player with a lot of excess energy that he lets out on the stage along with his talented band. The Crumbsnatchers are an indie rock band also based in Nashville. Tickets for the Nordista Freeze concert featuring The Crumbsnatchers cost $10.

FRIDAY NIGHT TAKEOVER WITH CLARKAFTER DARK AND SPECIAL GUESTS AT JBA (9 P.M.)
ClarkAfterDark will be joined by CL33BO, Old Flame, and Forastettik for a night of electronic dance music in one of Downtown Macon’s coolest music venues and bars.
RECKLESS SOUL AT 20’S PUB (9 P.M.)
Reckless Soul will play popular country, southern rock, and blues songs at 20’s Pub on Friday. 20’s Pub does not have a cover charge.
LIGHT’S OUT! A DANCE PARTY WITH DJ CHRISTINA LEON AT PUB 96 IN BONAIRE (9 P.M.)
Christina Leon is a drag performer and DJ who will be performing at Pub 96 this Friday night for Light’s Out! Patrons will also be treated to pop up performances from Yutoya Avazè Leon, Squishy Kiyomi, and PYNK. This event is for those 21 and older and a $10 cover charge will be charged for entry.
SCOTT BRANTLEY AT COMPANY SUPPLY IN DUBLIN (9 P.M.)
Scott Brantley is a country music singer/songwriter from Georgia who will perform at Company Supply on Friday night. Company Supply is a restaurant and music venue located in Downtown Dublin.
RASPBERRY PIE AT THE HUMMINGBIRD (10 P.M.)
Hailing from Orlando, Raspberry Pie is a funk rock band who will be performing for the first time in Macon this Friday at The Hummingbird. The Hummingbird charges a $5 cover at the door.
LAYLO AND DJ AXEL 2NAPPIN PERFORM AT THE MIXER LAUNCH PARTY AT FRIENDS ON THE HILL IN WARNER ROBINS (10 P.M.)
The Mixer Launch Party series takes place on Fridays at Friends on the HILL. This Friday DJs Laylo and Axel 2nappin will perform and there will be live art created by The Court of Miracles. This show is for patrons 21 and older and entry will be free all night.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 12
FRESH PRODUCE RECORDS CELEBRATES NATIONAL VINYL DAY AT JUST TAP’D - MACON (6 - 9 P.M.)
Just Tap’d’s three day SOURpocalypse celebrates sour flavors and will include Sour Patch Kid Flights, Sour Watermelon Sangria, and more this weekend. On Saturday, Fresh Produce Records will play some groovy vinyl albums on the Just Tap’d stage for the sour loving patrons to enjoy.
NYTEBYRD AT FISH N’ PIG IN LIZELLA (7 - 11 P.M.)
NyteByrd is a “powerhouse rhythm section” from Macon who will be performing on the Fish N’ Pig’s outdoor stage on Saturday. Fish N’ Pig is a music venue and restaurant that is known for its seafood and hickory smoked barbecue.

Trouble No More will perform more music from The Allman Brothers Band on Saturday night. The festivities connected to the performance will include a Big House BBQ with a live performance by JB Strauss at the ABB museum: admission to the Big House BBQ is $15 and will include both the BBQ and a tour of the museum. Finally, Direwoof, who celebrate the music of The Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia, will perform at Grant’s Lounge after the Trouble No More show (tickets cost $10). Tickets to the Trouble No More concert start at $26.

DEAN BROWN AT AMICI MACON (8 P.M.)
Musician and storyteller Dean Brown from the The Dub Shak Band will perform at Amici Macon on Saturday evening. Amici Macon does not have a cover charge.
OTIS WITH ROOFDOG AT THE SOCIETY GARDEN (8:30 - 11:30 P.M.)
OTIS is a band from Kentucky that plays “blues based, rock ’n’ roll”. Their sound is influenced by a wide range of influences including Muddy Waters and Motown greats. The Society Garden will have a $10 cover charge at the gate for the OTIS and Roofdog show.
CHARLES DAVIS & THE VELVET SOUND AT JBA (9 P.M.)
Charles Davis & The Velvet Sound, who are currently taking a break from their popular Macon Music Revue, will be performing at JBA on Saturday night.
FREE LANCE RUCKUS AT WHO CARES BAR & NO GRILL IN EATONTON (9 P.M.)
The alternative Americana band Free Lance Ruckus will perform at the uniquely named Who Cares Bar & No Grill this Saturday. The Who Cares Bar & No Grill is located near Lake Oconee in Middle Georgia’s Eatonton.
12ELEVEN AT THE HUMMINGBIRD (10 P.M.)
12Eleven is a pop and rhythm and blues band that was formed in 2019 by four college students near Troy, Alabama. They are in the midst of their End of Summer tour and will be stopping at Downtown Macon’s The Hummingbird before jetting off to Gulf Shores and various cities in Florida.
LITTLE WING EXPERIENCE AT BILLY’S CLUBHOUSE (10 P.M.)
The Little Wing Experience is a tribute band that performs the music of Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughn. They will be performing late night at Billy’s Clubhouse on Saturday and the Northside Macon neighborhood bar does not have a cover charge.
SUNDAY, AUGUST 13
FREE LANCE RUCKUS AT BUFFINGTON’S IN MILLEDGEVILLE (6 p.m.)
Free Lance Ruckus, the extremely busy alternative Americana band, will perform at Buffington’s this Sunday. Buffington’s is a restaurant and bar located in Downtown Milledgeville.
