Transatlantic Love for Soul: Lifelong Otis Redding Fan and Family Journey from England and Vietnam to Attend 2nd Annual King of Soul Music Festival in Macon, Georgia

Lifelong Otis Redding fan, David Rose, along with his daughter and son-in-law, traveled from England and Vietnam respectively to attend the 2nd Annual King of Soul Music Festival hosted by the Otis Redding Foundation in Macon, Georgia on September 8th and 9th. Rose radiated pure excitement upon visiting the Otis Redding Museum and meeting Redding's widow, Zelma, and other members of the Redding Family. 

This photo was taken at Friday night's An Evening of Respect where Atlanta native and legendary producer, Jermaine Dupri, received the Otis and Zelma Redding Award of Respect. This heartwarming encounter between David Rose and his family and the Reddings exemplifies the unifying power of music and the impact of soul music across the globe.
