The State Ballet Theatre of Ukraine will present Tchaikosvsky's "Swan Lake" at the historic Grand Opera House on January 9th. 

An interesting piece of trivia about "Swan Lake" is that it was initially considered a failure but went on to become one of the most popular ballets of all time. "Swan Lake" originates from Russian and German folk tales and tells the story of an unfortunate princess named Odette who a sorcerer turns into a swan.

Tickets for this performance start at $45 and can be purchased on the Grand's website or at their box office.
