Snow turned Middle Georgia into an almost unfamiliar place on Sunday, but this week's weather forecast predicts a rainy weekend with possible icy conditions on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service. Neptune is the 8th and most distant planet in our solar system and boasts a deep blue color and extreme weather, with the strongest winds recorded in the solar system, according to NASA. Skywatchers should be able to observe the Moon and Neptune with binoculars or a telescope by looking in the constellation Pisces.
