The Core is presenting another recreation of the HORDE festivals of the 1990s this August 24th at The Society Garden.

The original festivals featured songs from a wide range of bands like Widespread Panic, Dave Matthews Band, Phish, Col. Bruce Hampton and The Aquarium Rescue Unit, The Black Crowes, The Allman Brothers Band, Spin Doctors, Blues Traveler, Gov't Mule, and Lenny Kravitz.

The Horde will be playing covers of beloved songs from those and many more musical acts.

The Horde is made up of many talented musicians from Georgia including Josh Carson (Acoustic Workshop, Parts & Labor), Bo Hembree (Dreams So Real, Diablo Sandwich), Chris Queen (Allgood, Phil Keaggy, Dreams So Real), Clay Fuller (Allgood,) Wayne Healy (Freddy Jones Band,) David Fisch (David Fisch & The Bent Hooks), and featuring a rhythm section made up of Kevin Leahy (Bodeans, Sugarland, Shawn Mullins, Allgood, Zac Brown), Rob Sumowski (Allgood, Billy Pilgrim, Shawn Mullins, Kevn Kinney, Brent Cobb), and Bill Taylor (Tribute: A Celebration of The Allman Brothers Band, Jupiter Coyote, The Bitteroots).
