UPDATE: The organizer of the All Blues Music & Arts Revival recently announced that the festival will no longer take place in this year but should be back bigger and better than ever in 2025.
The All Blues Music & Arts Revival triumphantly returns to Macon this October 5th. Last year's festival was a rousing success and was enjoyed by crowds from all over Middle Georgia.
The inaugural festival took place in the Mill Hill neighborhood of East Macon in what is now Bicentennial Park, where it will be located again this year. The artist and designer Johnny Mollica, along with the All Blues Cultural Preservation Society, the Macon-Bibb County Bicentennial Committee, and Visit Macon, presented last year's festival.
The festival will feature 8 blues bands. Last year's lineup included Bettye Lavette, Larry McCray, Alvin Youngblood Hart's Duo Sonik, Brotha Ric Patton, Piedmont Bluz, RL Boyce, and Lightnin' Malcolm.

The festival will also feature a kids art zone, juke joint bar, food trucks, and two stages. Last year's festival was free and open to the public.
One of the more unique features at last year's All Blues Music & Arts Revival that will return this year was a funky juke joint-style bar where festival goers hung out and enjoyed cold beverages. There was a fair amount of dancing taking place in front of the big stage and smiles on faces throughout the park last year.
Middle Georgia Times will publish more soon details about the second annual All Blues Music and Arts Revival as it becomes available.
