There will be two events taking place in honor of Veterans this Veterans Day in Macon. 

The Macon-Bibb's Veterans Day Parade will take place on Sunday starting at 3 p.m. in Downtown Macon. This event is sponsored by the Cherry Blossom Festival and will feature floats, military units, and marching bands performing patriotic music. 

Macon-Bibb's Veterans Day Celebration will take place at Luther Williams Field starting at 4 p.m. There will be a "kid's zone, food trucks", and the band 38 Special will perform starting at 5 p.m. 

Both of these events are free to attend.
