The Skydog Music Festival takes place on the Sunday before Thanksgiving and it honors Duane Allman's musical legacy while also helping Macon's homeless population through support of Daybreak/DePaul U.S.A.
Skydog Music Festival will take place from noon until 5 p.m. and, unlike other music festivals attendees aren't charged hundreds of dollars for tickets.
Instead the Skydog Music Festival asks that you bring the items listed below to donate to Daybreak in order to receive entry into the festival.
This year each attendee to the Skydog Music Festival is asked to bring as many of the following items as possible: paper towels, liquid laundry detergent, spray deodorant, double or triple razor blades, 13-gallon lawn/leaf bags, 33-gallon lawn/leaf bags, men's crew socks, and body wash. Cash donations will also be accepted once you enter the venue.
