The Friends of the Library Macon is hosting their annual Spring Book Sale on Saturday, April 12th at the Round Building in Carolyn Crayton Park (aka Central City Park).  

Shoppers can look through thousands of many types of books costing $1 for paperbacks, $2 for hardcovers, and $1 for children and teen books while helping support the Macon-Bibb County Public Libraries. DVDs and audiobooks will cost $2.

Friends of the Library members can also attend a Member Preview Sale on Thursday, April 10th from 4 to 7. An annual membership costs $25 ($10 for students). You can sign up to volunteer at the book sale at this link to help with set up before the sale as well as during and after the sale.
