This album Big Band of Brothers: A Jazz Celebration of the Allman Brothers Band was inspired by the Allman Brothers Band's album Big Band of Brothers. At this event the audience will hear the album transformed into music for a "16-piece jazz big band".

Big Band of Brothers: A Jazz Celebration of the Allman Brothers Band was released to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Allman Brothers Band's debut and includes 10 songs and you can listen to selections from the album on the band's website.

The Big Band of Brothers touring ensemble will include Jai Johanny "Jaimoe" Johanson (drummer and original member of the Allman Brothers Band),  Sammy Miller and The Congregation, Lamar Williams Jr., and Drew Smith.

Tickets for this event will be on sale Friday, December 3rd starting at 10 a.m., with a presale beginning Wednesday, December 1st at 10 a.m. (password CHEERS).
